The Brezac Constructions new production facility at Crestmead has won the Queensland Steel Excellence Award in the category of Buildings – Small Projects.

Functionality and comfort for both factory and office workers.
Natural light and ventilation was a major focus in the design of the roof form.
The office component is an integral component in the design and aesthetic outcome of the project and while it looks attached to the factory it is a separate pod to reduce noise and vibration into the office areas.
The clever concept of a drive-through capacity enabling one-way semi-trailer circulation onsite and within the building via the Stock Storage Areas, Fabrication and Loading Areas contained within the roof envelope.
